Very caring crew. Got me an emergency refill on the medicine for my pup.
My senior dog has a mass in her mouth. I sedated her to be examined. It felt very rushed and all I received was a quote for a biopsy. I would have liked to have some info on her current health like at least her temperature, whether her cloudy eyes are cataracts, the size of the mass, etc. I'm not satisfied with the care my dog received with her exam.
My baby was rushed into a room to be diagnosed with an allergy to an undetected bee sting.
We are extremely happy with their services. We took our cat in and thought we were going to lose him but their prompt help and experienced doctor, techs and receptionist all helped to save him. They all showed care and comfort to us and I can't say anything bad about them at all. I would refer their office to everyone.
We took our sick cat yesterday to this hospital. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I had called 2 different hospitals prior, neither would see my cat eventh he was sick. One never returned my call. Our family is very grateful for VMC of Rancho Cordova. Dr. Chaudhri was kind, and compassionate. He was great at giving us choices on what to and what we could afford. We will be back and recommend this vet hospital! Thank you to the VMC RC staff from our family.
