We are not a current client of Dr. Stones and we needed an emergency appt yesterday 1/20 for our 14 year old cat that seemed to have a stroke or seizure the night before. I spoke to the office at noon and they called back with minutes and said they could see us at 1pm. What an amazing crew from the vet tech who helped to Dr. Stone herself. I think weight have found a new doctor for all of our pets. Thanks again for all your compassion and professionalism. ;)
This office is one of the best and why I continue to bring my dog here even after moving out of the county. They are patient and kind and really truly care about the pets and their owners. I had to put one of my pets down last year and even though it was difficult everyone there made it a little less painful.
We are professional breeder/handlers that have been using this facility ever since Dr. Stone obtained. We are always treated ethically and with respect no matter if preventative care or urgent care by all staff. Their collaboration with University of Pennsylvania gives them the ability to care for special cases with strong support efficiently. We refer and strongly recommend to anyone wanting exceptional care for their pets. Thank you Dr. Stone and Amanda for all your support, compassion and care.
