We lost our dog due to a miss diagnosis! We will never go there again! I am so disgusted!
RecommendedWhen i could not get an appt scheduled on the day that i called, the front desk staff took initiative to call me the following morning to check up on me and to see if i had found a place to take my dog. When i told them i did not find anyone yet and couldn’t take canceled appt they had, the lady i spoke to said she would leave a message for the vet to see if she could get me in later that evening instead. My husband and I started bringing our cat here after a bad experience at another local vet. Unfortunately our Sylvia was already in end stage kidney disease by the time we found them. Instead of being cold to us, they welcomed us with open arms. They treated us and Sylvia like they’ve taken care of her her whole life. Excellent friendly staff.
When my Gracie was unable to breathe (she was very old) we needed help even tho it was January 1st. No one was opened but The Veterinary Med Ctr came in and helped ease Grace's pain. Holiday or not. They were great.
