I have been to many,many vets in my life. This place was awesome and so was the Dr. Dana Still. Very kind,caring,and friendly staff and Dr.
We adopted a cat from the Kingsport Animal Shelter. This clinic decided to charge more for the spay than what the shelter paid for. As well when we went to pay for the rabies shot they decided to add this extra charge onto the bill without notifying us. We paid thinking they raised their rates. When I looked at the details on the receipt I found that they had done added this on without explanation, or reason.
