We absolutely love taking our Ellie to see Dr. Jerry Miller. He is the BEST. The clinic staff is so sweet, kind & helpful. We can tell that they love & care for our Ellie during her regular medical check-ups & when she has to be boarded for our vacations. We are so thankful for them!
We have had the best care here for quite a few years. Highly recommended them, had to take our 15 year old chihuahua Jake to see the Dr a couple days ago and as always he was well taken care of, and they called yesterday to check on him, always have been so impressed with the attention and care they have shown to our fur babies. The vet techs are awesome as well, thank you to the entire staff for all the love and care you have shown our boys over the years.
We had an emergency on Friday. I came home and our young lab was very lethargic and close to death. Had no idea what was wrong. Veterinary Healthcare is not our usual vet, but my husband and son knew they couldn't make it to Jonesboro because Grace would die. Long story short, my son called and they told him to bring her in. Dr. Miller saw her immediately. After doing tests, giving fluids, and keeping her overnight, she is back to health. I'm very grateful to Dr. Miller and his staff for saving Grace's life. Thank you!
Only place i ever used ... Been with Ann (front desk) since she was with Dr. Rodgers on Thiel rd. this was back in 1980. They are great people here....
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, EXPENSIVE TESTS, GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE AND LET YOU PET SUFFER. I TOOK MY DOG TO ANOTHER VET AND SHE WAS SO BAD THAT HER CHEST WAS COMPLETELY FULL AND HER THROAT WAS ALMOST CLOSED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO DRAIN THE FLUID FROM HER. THE VET SAID THEY WERE CRUEL NOT TO HELP HER JUST BECAUSE THE VET ON CALL FELT PUT OFF AND WAS TOO BUSY TO HELP HER. STAY AWAY THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD VETS OUT THERE. WE HAVE HEARD SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE SAY THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEIR PET.
Dr. Copeland is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. So glad we found them.
