My vet was out of town and recommended I take my goat in to the emergency clinic. He was very well taken care of and the Dr. called to check on him twice after we came home. I was very impressed with the caring attitude towards Hamlet and the willingness to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I work with a service dog organization in Nebraska. One of our dogs was diagnosed with PDA and needed heart surgery. The staff was so knowledgable and cared so much about Freddy! The Cardiology team was able to do a minimally invasive procedure to spare Freddy a painful recovery! Thanks to the work they did, this dog will go on to become a therapy dog and help others.
They took very good care of my Chloe, they even called daily to let me know how she was doing.
Kstate ripped me off they didn't do the surgery correctly now 22 days later my poor dog has to have surgery that should have been correctly done the first time I do NOT recommend anyone to bring there pets here
We were traveling from the mountains in CO to our home in central MO yesterday - 16 hr trip w/o snow (and we had snow slowdowns). Our Golden was very sick and got worse over the course of the trip. We finally Googled the closest emergency vet and thankful were only 20 min from K State. At 10pm they were so compassionate, so knowledgeable, and so attuned to our beloved Maddie. We just got back from taking our pot belly, Ms. Lucille McGillicuddy, and could not be more impressed. The knowledge, care and compassion was felt from the front desk all the way back to the truck as we left. We'll never go anywhere else!
Worst experience I've ever had! My dachshund needed neck surgery from a disk and they told me I could come last night. I live 4 hours away so Quickly got in the car and headed there. Prior to leaving they told me they would have a team ready and waiting for me. After arriving and waiting 3 hours they had no idea I was coming and said surgery will have to wait until Tuesday. I've never been so upset in my life. And on top of it they still charged me! If I were you I would stay very far away from this place with your pet. They... read more
