My dog was in their care for 4 hours and I never received an update about his situation. I had to call them 4 times to find out the status. And even then, he was still just with a tech and was never seen by a vet. It wasn't until I called telling them I wanted my dog back, that I was taking him someplace else, did they start recommending pain shots or medicine. They had him for four hours, the pain medicine could have been recommended much sooner than it was. This place has terrible customer service and I will never venture ... read more

Employees where very nice but that’s it. I waited 7 hours in the parking lot and they wanted to charge me $1088.00 for lab work and x-rays!!! For a UTI!! Nothing was done, i couldn’t afford it so i left with only antibiotics and a bill for $137.00. No compassion just money hungry. Sad

It’s absolutely ridiculous when they charge you $260 for having bloodwork done before possibly scheduling surgery. Such a rip off.
