Danica my 14 1/4 dachshund has kidney disease. I noticed blood on her blanky, took her in and Dr. Dishman and staff were very good to Danica and I. They wanted to check her urine but she had just went prior to me taking her in. No urine test Vitals were good no fever gave her antibiotic and said follow up with Dr. Vondra on Monday. They were very busy and still remained professional and caring. The tech was going to bring Danica out, Dr. Dishman wanted to hold her and say goodbye while they got my bill ready.
If I could give negative stars I would... absolutely horrific services..
The staff and Drs at Vet Emergency Services were amazing and understanding. They kept me informed and up to date on my puppers treatment. Not how anyone wants to spend part of their day, worrying about your dog’s health but it was made easier knowing she was in excellent hands.
In 2008, on a Sunday, our greyhound, Sonny, who was suffering from Osteo, suddenly went downhill. We gently loaded him and his bed into our van and I sat with him in the back as we drove to EVet. Two years ago, I brought my dog in because she was very lethargic, and vomiting blood! They gave her some medication and they were done within 2-3 hours that night. Once the visit was over we paid PART of our bill up front and arranged to come back in on the following friday to pay the rest. We came back, PAID the bill that friday. Two years later, I get a letter in the mail saying that my accounts bill was sent to a collection service and now I have to figure out how in the hell I'm going to prove that this bill was paid be... read more
Wonderful and compassionate folks work here. Thank You Dr. Perez!
We've unfortunately had to use emergency services multiple times in the past month. We lost our beautiful pup at 12 years old and they were so compassionate while explaining what was happening. Our cat got hit by a car and they again we're clear about what was happening and what to expect. The vets and staff clearly care about the animals they see. While it's expensive because it's emergency services, the people make it easier.
Just want to give the staff and Vet a big thanks for taking such good care of my girl. She's been there twice and both time everyone treated her like she was their own. Thank again!
