This is the second time we brought our pet to this animal hospital, I am sure it's the last. First of all, THEY HAVE NO RECORD ON FILE of our last visit in JULY 2024; it is now DEC. 2024, and NOTHING ON FILE. Second, after the girl kept digging and digging and digging in her neck, trying to get a blood sample, dropping the needle, and having to get someone else to try, it's ridiculous.
