The VEG Cary team literally saved my dog's life last night, performing emergency surgery, which is everything, But they also treated us so properly, compassionately, and thoroughly that they blew me away. They treated me as a care team member and someone who needed care. They even offered me a toothbrush since I was there overnight. I'm just blown away by how wonderful experience was at such a scary time.
They help my dog when i was in the water❤️❤️
This place is fantastic. The open format and ability for me to stay with my dog. The whole time made a huge difference for him. The staff there was accommodating, kind, and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Horrible! I came in at 7pm on Friday night & they did nothing for my baby except give him Iv’s for hours until he died around 3am sat. They put him on a heating pad when he was about to die, and when he was about to die they only kept him alive bc I was waiting for my husband. He was a small Yorkie and they were charging me almost 8000 for immediate surgery and barley paid attention to me all night after realizing I wouldn’t be able to pay that.
