Dr. Allie Wetzel was very nice and checked on our bunny’s vitals right away. Dr. Wetzel explained to us what Ella had in words we could understand. The whole team of nurses treated Ella with care and love. The nurses also guided us through the take home prescription very patiently. We are very happy with the attention and help we received from VEG.
Absolutely lovely team. Our cat Rocky collapsed and they saw him with great speed (I've been to other emergency vets that had me wait hours). Sadly nothing could be done for our boy but the staff explained everything to us and that euthanasia was the kindest option, and stayed with us through the procedure and even offered to make us two paw prints so we each have one. This was our first emergency situation with a pet, and while stressful and scary, the VEG team made this process as painless as possible. Of course this is a situation I hope to never be in again! But if we find ourselves in need of an emergency vet, we’re coming straight to VEG.
This is truly a dedicated staff that loves animals. As soon as I walked in the door, the triage team came running. I noticed this every time that a new dog came in. They wasted no time in checking my dog out and gave her the absolute best of care. Everyone’s kindness and compassion made a scary time much easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
