Overall satisfied. Reasonable wait time and it was nice to be put in a room instead of waiting outside in the car like at other emergency clinics.
Very friendly staff and doctors. They took good care of my dog and had him feeling better in a couple of days. The waiting time was long but I understand that they are dealing not only with nonstop emergencies, but covid restriction requirements, limited staff and are overall very busy. I was very pleased that they were willing to take the time to help my sick dog. They showed a willingness to see, treat and care for my dog. Overall I had a great experience.
Jess, Kelly, Ginger and Dr Cumbus are who we interacted with most. All of you who we came in contact with were genuine, kind, very informative, so intelligent and comforting to my daughter and I. I can't thank you all enough for the care and love you gave our dog. Thank you so much. And Jess, thanks for talking to my dad, I owe you!!! I can't recommend this Emergency clinic enough! Thank youu!!!!

I had a really bad experience there last night...I suspect they were just trying to pad the bill:-(
Overall, good experience. Veterinarian was knowledgeable and friendly. Assistant needs A LOT of training on how to talk with clients and deal with contrary animals. Assistant asked us to do part of the examination for her. (Check gums for circulation) Assistant seemed uncomfortable around us and our pet. Check out took a while because assistant didn't know codes, etc. But it was late and I was grateful they were open.
It's hard for me to believe all the five-star ratings on this place. I brought my Yorky here who was having bloody diarrhea. Basically they gave me a diagnosis of bloody diarrhea. And charged me $300. They really wanted me to leave her there overnight and charge me $600. They were very nice. And professional. However, I believe they're out for the almighty dollar and not for the animals.
We are so grateful to the staff of the Animal Emergency Clicic of Cary for taking care of our 6 month old lab puppy in June, 2016 when he was sick with pneumonia. The vet evaluated him and discussed her findings with us. She recommended a treatment plan that varied in time and cost based on his progress. We knew exactly what to expect. He luckily responded well to his treatment and our cost was less than expected. They communicated with us regularly about his progress. They welcomed calls at any time day or night to check on... read more
