We brought our dog, Chester, in tonight because we thought he had injured his rib. All the staff were so nice. Dr. Licitra came in quickly and took time with him and she was very good with him. The prices were reasonable. We went to a closer to home emergency center a few years ago with unfavorable results. I'm glad we went the extra distance tonight!

My Rottie had Xylitol poisoning on Friday after stealing a 40-pack of gum. Dr. Ospina treated our Chloe at midnight. She was phenominal and showed genuine concern. Nonjudgemental towards my concern of cost of treatment. The ONLY thing is the crazy overpricing, but i guess that is to be expected for emergency care! We were EXTREMELY happy with the care the VECCC provided our miniature doxen Spike! All the staff and the Veterinarian were all so sweet, you could really tell how much they truly cared for Spike and every other animal they treated that day! If God forbid we ever have another emergency with one of our dogs I will feel 100% comfortable going back to their facility for treatment!!

We moved here awhile back and hadn't really found a local vet, so when our pup got hurt, we had to scramble to find someone on a Saturday. Everywhere we called recommended Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Center, so we called and they could see us right away. We got there and they were great. They were compassionate and helpful and affordable. So glad they were there and while I hope to never need them again, it's nice to know they are there.

I can't thank you enough for the care and compassion you showed us today. It was not easy and continues not to be as of now, for us to let go of our beloved Smore, The patience and compassion you showed us was highly appreciated.
