We took our 15 year old dog, who has been battling nasal cancer for the last 3 months, to the clinic last week. The doctor assured us that we were doing the right thing by euthanizing our girl. We have known it was time and our girl isn’t suffering anymore. Thank you to the whole staff for helping us get through this. Thank you for the lovely personalized card, also.

Dr. Ospina & staff are amazing. My new puppy ended up with an injury that required surgery immediately. Such a scary experience but it’s been one successful surgery, 4 weeks, lots of checkups, and about 10000 phone calls later and they STILL check in and see my pup to make sure everything is ok. They never make me feel like I bother them, and I 110% believe they care about my pup and not just a paycheck. I absolutely recommend this place for any emergency care needs!

I was very kind and polite as I worried about my cat. Days after my initial visit when I called to clarify some concerns the receptionist is beyond rude and hangs up on me while I hold. During a pandemic when I literally have no other options than to see an emergency clinic they’ve met me with hostility. On top of that the receptionist who I’m not sure is a Vet doubted that my cat had the symptoms I was presenting him with. I’m paying money for this service, your job is not to question me but to figure out what is wrong with... read more

They can improve by diagnosing parvo, and not do unnecessary tests ,and giving out cheap meds that outdated for cures. Charging 100%more for a gel that cost much less at other vets. our beloved pet is suffering the worst pain and has to be put down way before his time. If they had tested for parvo Max would be on his way of recovery. Would never recommend to anyone. How many other. dogs had to die. This is very contagious, but easy for a vet to diagnose. other vets looking at the bill , have said the same thing, it was negle... read more
