We lost our dog Sammy last Sunday due to an unexpected tumor rupture. The staff and Vet were the best during a terrible situation. We really appreciate the care he received and the way things were handled during a very tough time.
Took very good care of our dog when she was having a severe allergic reaction. Staff is very caring.
Dr. Reid and LVT Tree were so kind to us when we were scared for our sick kitty. The other Doctor, sorry I do not remember her name - forgive me- was also very courteous, helpful, and reassuring when he wasn't getting much better. Staff here is great and allows you to leave with some money in your bank account!
They made us put my baby. it took FOUR shots to put him to sleep! they told us he had clots being thrown to his brain and lungs and we needed to put him down. THEY WERE WRONG! NEVER EVER GO HERE
I brought my cat in tonight for a high fever and UTI and she was taken back immediately, placed in a room, triaged within about 30 mins (we were already advised there would be a wait as they were busy), the vet came in shortly after, my cat was treated in the clinic and we were on our way. I would never take my cats anywhere else in an emergent situation, this place is the best and I recommend them to anyone! oh and they're easily the most reasonable place around. Thank you all for your hard work!
Staff were so kind when I had to bring my cat in. She unfortunately passed on the way to the clinic. The team there handled the whole situation so well, and sent me a sweet hand written sympathy card card later that week. I greatly appreciate their grace though my cat could not be saved.
We rushed in there late last night and your staff was amazing. Poor Benny hurt himself and you gave us such great care and peace of mind. Thank you for being there ❤️
I just want to say thank you for all your team has done for Sayble and I. You took sayble in and made her feel at home. Your team never gave up on her and I can never thank you enough. I am forever grateful for you. Sayble lost her battle but you never gave up. She’s my world and for you to care for her like you did means so much.
