Once a VU customer, always a VU customer. That should be their motto. Veteran's United reached out tonoffer my husband and I the opportunity to take advantage of the lowered interest rate. We didn't think that that was a possibility since we had just purchased our forever home less than a year ago. We were assigned the same team, which helped to make the refinancing process just as smooth as purchasing our home. We have recommended family and friends to Veteran's United and will continue to do so.
