RecommendedI am on winter vacation to avoid some bad weather in Ohio. We are staying in Mesa. Over the past week, I have had an episode of sore throat, cough, sinus drainage, and it was getting worse. My wife called the VA Hospital and explained my condition. The Nurse made arrangements for me to go the Hospital and got me in the system. She also got us direction from Mesa. We arrived and walked in and checked in. HORRIBLE medical care. They ought to close this place down. AND, the place is FILTHY.
Lackadaisical care bordering on, if not blatant, malpractice. The care and staff are extremely disorganized, lose records, have a treat and street ER policy, and expect to wait weeks to months for follow-up appointments or care.
