I had an amazing experience with Veterans Ford Tampa. Make sure you ask for Aldair T., he's a great salesman. He really made the process fast and easy. The manager Roberto G. is on top of everything and makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Ayesha S. in the finance department is so nice and will help you decide your best options for an extended warranty. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I was very impressed!
I bought a 2020 Fusion on March 4th,2021 and to this day still never got my paperwork on my new car. They told me I would get $12,000 on my trade but they gave me $10,000 said that I got several credits on my trade but that's NOT TRUE. The Manager (Lorenzo) of Veteran's called me on May 14th to set up a time to come in on May 15th to get my paperwork. When I got their I seen a man in a dressed shirt and knew it was Lorenzo. I am writing this letter in resonse to the review posted June Boyer. Ms ****** Ms ***** purchaed a 2020 Ford Fusion (serial number 3FA6P0K95LRXXXXXX) on March 4th, 2021. Ms ***** came to the dealersip on Saturday, May 15th, 2021.Lorenzo was not available to talk to Ms. ***** at the time of her arrival, she stated she would be in early morning and did not come till mid afternoon. I've purchased 4 cars in this dealership and had amazing experience each time. I've gone to other dealerships prior to going to Ford Veterans and haven't had as smooth purchase and ease. Other places chase you down and try to push a car on you - not this place. I appreciate the service and simplicity and would highly recommend Veteran's Ford. P.S. I've also had several family member buy cars and that all had the same experience.
terrible dealer. car came missing manuel. been calling for a month to no avail. they dont even return calls. originally they said they would get me one.
