I love Veterans Ford ,no just the business part and the great prices but the wonderfull customer service they provide from the moment you enter those doors to the moment you leave ??. I would definitely go back and i will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
I purchased a 2024 F350 mostly on line with Veterans Ford. ****** was my salesman. He was in constant communication, had the paperwork sent in a timely manner and solved all the small problems in a timely manner. At the dealership he was friendly, personable and knew all the ins and outs of the process. I received a fair amount for my trade of a **** F250. I would highly recommend Veterans Ford for your next vehicle. (****** deserves a raise!)
Took off work to purchase and replace tires. Alignment was included but was never done. A service technician texted me and said rate me all 5's and recieve a free oil change. Had to take off work for the second time for an alignment that was never done the first time, and also have the lumbar fixed. Pour service had an appointment for 8am I waited 10 hours for them to get 4 tires to veteran s ford. The tires were ordered at 8am. Instead of going and pick them up they had me wait until the delivery truck drop them off they did not care my time was wasted. I will never come back to any ford repair shop or will I ever by a ford again. My number is I am very disappointed in the service I received after spending over 1000 in tires and getting an oil change on top of it.

The tire distributor had already place the tires for delivery and there was no way to get them sooner.When you arrived we informed you that it would take all day and offered to give you a ride home and pick you up when the vehicle was ready, but you decided to wait. Again, we apologize for the time it took.
I bought my vehicle here and had an amazing deal and very friendly and professional service. It is one of the very few dealers that trying to do their best to conduct business in professional manner.
I bought a used vehicle at Veterans Ford in Tampa. When I arrived, from out of state to get the vehicle, I was told it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for almost another week, even though I gave advanced notice that I was making the trip and was told it was ready. They then showed me a more expensive model listed at $65000 MSRP. I was also told it was a 4X4. The market does change and prices fluctuate based on miles and condition and the market itself. Unfortunately my truck was involved in a vehicle accident no fault of mine. Veterans Ford understood the situation I was currently in and because I was in the process of moving out of the state. Not only did I get a great deal on a 2020 F250 pick up truck, they went to the body shop or my truck was and remove my fifth wheel package and my auxiliary tank and installed it into the new truck for me.
