Veterans can be difficult to work with.A lot of us are tough on ourselves and have a hard exterior. I, unfortunately, found myself homeless (like so many other vets). I tried so hard, for more than a year, to figure it out alone because my pride wouldn't let me ask for help. Came in for a post ER visit on 09/04. I came in 15 mins early. 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time, I was told they would see me "shortly". When I asked to clarify they couldn't. The next appointment wasn't until March. So much for a post ER visit. I left.

This hospital has no balance. Most of the Dr's are extremely helpful and take care of their patients. The daytime nurses up on the 5th floor (which is where I usually end up) are great. They take care of you and your needs. They also treat you like a human and also try to let you rest. Night shift is a different story. Those nurses are very very loud and just sit and laugh and joke in their own language which is not english. It's very rude. Then if you hit the call button they act like you're interupting and give you an atti... read more
