Dr Sarah Bailey was cold and uncompassionate concerning my 97 year-old father‘s medical needs she promised to send medication in the mail. She never did. She refused to address his issues of sleeplessness. We waited for a week for blood pressure medication and eardrops that never came upon calling to see if they had been sent when we could expect their arrival they had never been sent. We felt very dismissed. No compassion in her career consultation. I recommend seeing a different doctor.
I can never understand this, I’ve been here since 8:30pm it is now 1:15am. I’ve done all the testing and blood work in my first hour here and yet we’re still waiting on test results which the person at radiology gave a brief explanation of said results and yet I’m still waiting. I’ve been here long enough to see the shift change happen, I’ve came to this hospital countless times and over half of those times I ended up going AMA and going to sharp.
