today doctor saw me after 35 minutes or so, good..
I have been doing a lot of doctors visits. Some buracrisey, other than that I like the people there
I had a 9:30 ultrasound appointment.. I arrived early. I would see people who arrived after me get taken back by the ultrasound techs.. I asked why and was told they had inpatients to take care of 1st.. the 2nd time I asked.. she looked at the computer and then took me back to the waiting room where I watched 2 more people arrive after me and get taken in.. I don't know what happened but 2 hrs later I got the ultrasound.
It was surprisingly outstanding. Very efficient, everyone was pleasant and I was in and out in 30 minutes (was replacing my ID card.) Usually places like this are similar to the DMV, but it was NOT today.
I believe the VA has good Doctors but...the clerical women are very rude...I trust the Doctors very good in preventing bad situations...yes must keep appoinments and there is waitting but. We all got to get there...there are emergency hours...I love the VA take good care of Veterans....Long Beach VA is awesome!
