Absolutely great care I went with my husband and I was very surprise thank you VA for caring for my husband
Great service with very few exceptions. There are a few bad apples everywhere but 99% of the people here are dedicated to Vets getting good treatment and the supplies the need.
Generally it's great...but while at audiology yesterday with my dad, I witnessed the receptionist talking down to the vets...they would ask a question and she would in a loud voice say, "SIT DOWN SIR, THEY WILL SEE YOU WHEN IT'S YOUR TURN" another guy said, "ma'am, I've been waiting 2 hours, do you know when I can be seen? She responded, "EVERYONE has been waiting a lot going time, wait your turn"! I don't appreciate watched these elder servicemen being disrespected and talked down too. For the most part,an outstanding medical facility and cared for by good people.
Nice facility, clean etc. Unorganized, rude staff, was like a cluster to get my dads meds he was prescribed for just having had a heart attack. The only people that we friendly and knew what they were doing was the valet staff. Too bad that wont help in a medical emergency!
