I had a great experience at the Long Beach VA Dental clinic. Everyone was professional, courteous and went out of their way to ensure that my visit was positive and productive!
Emergency room RN's, PA, secretary/medical assistant all knowledgeable, courteous, professional , very caring! Radiology technician was also professional & thorough did digital x-rays I'm impressed. Ended up getting a tetanus shot, antibiotics and pain pill..have to return in three days for wound recheck S/P dog bite....three hours and I was out very impressed with the efficiency of the emergency room hospital was clean beautiful new building 164! Had my first appointment at VA Long Beach since transferring from VA Los Angeles. I really liked the caring attitude and professionalism of the caregivers I met in Primary Care, laboratory, business office, dental clinic, and audiologist. Thank you all at VA Long Beach!
Checked in ER had many tests. Never saw a MD. 3.5 hours later left. Horrible. And I had Cardiac problem. Not super busy. Just MD standing around talking about sandwiches and not seeing patients cause he getting off soon. Then it backed up. Still have problem. Never going back to ER there.
