Was there with my Vet, he had an appt with the GI doc. Appt was fast and efficient. My only vice was the way the man at the desk kept yelling across the room to the nurse and when an older gentleman ask about how much longer his wait was, the receptionist told him he wasn't the only person here and there was a person (a no show, btw) ahead of him. That bothered me enough to correct the young man. He was seen a few minutes later.

I know the VA is doing the best they can with what they have, the BIG picture is the GOV needs to give the VA more resources to do it RIGHT, but the people here are so compassionate about what they are doing and for who they are doing it for!
So yesterday I had an appointment with C&P for part of my claim. Get checked in and told to go down stairs. Go back down just to wait 20 minutes to be told I needed to go back up stairs to the outpatient psychiatric. Waited another 10-15 minutes for the doctor to see me. The appointment was fine we went through everything that need to be done but it was the run around that wasn't. 3 stars just because the doctor was sympathetic
