I was at the Virginia Beach CBOC location yesterday where I witnessed an older fellow in visible distress over checking in using the available kiosk after previous issues, when he’d prefer to check in for his appointment with a physical person (whom was available with no line) under the visible posted ‘check in’ sign, but was refused. Does anybody know who I can contact about the way this older veteran was treated? Easy, quick check-in. Doctor took me back on time. Very thorough.
We've been coming here for my husband's annual physical since 2013. On our first visit, I found the support staff with unpleasant attitudes; however, doctors and intake nurses were very helpful and respectful to the veterans. During our subsequent visits, to my surprise, the support personnel at reception desk and checkout staff were friendly and engaging. A smile goes along away! Shout out to our Team 2 nurse..Ms Mahry! Thank you for all you do!
Came here to get blood drawn for my primary care doctor at the Hampton VAMC it's really convenient not having to drive all the way to the VAMC for simple labs.
