Horrible...there's no point in having an appointment time as no one is ever seen on time. First one here and haven't been seen yet.
Fantastic facility! I enjoyed my doctor checkup. They really go the extra mile and spend quality time with their patients.
Beautiful building however, it never should've been opened until it was able to be at least 80% functional. Congress wanted it opened to make people to make them look good but it backfired. There are some outstanding employees and some that are horrible and everything in between. A lot of veterans are NOT getting the level of care we need and deserve. First time here. A State of the Art Facility...stunning. Thank you to the "powers to be" that pulled this off. Bravo!!!
It's not running at 100% just yet. However, the parts that were open that I did see were very nice. Wait times were pleasantly short. As far as personnel goes, everyone I met was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope they continue to build a tradition of excellence here.
