This is my fourth time using Veteran Garage Door, and I always receive prompt, same-day service. The quality of work is excellent. The technicians are always friendly, and the prices are affordable. I've always been satisfied with their work.
Called late on a Saturday not expecting anyone to pick up (had a sticker on the back of our garage from previous owner and didn’t look up the hours). A nice lady answered, explained their process, and scheduled us for first thing Monday morning. Brandon came out, looked at my concerns, diagnosed the issues, and gave me price options for the repair. Once finished, he had my test out my garage door to make sure it was to my satisfaction. My garage needed service so I called them up and had an appointment the following day. Kaitlyn the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Brandon the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!!
I have been with them for more than five years. Their service is excellent. I did not expect them to work on Sunday!, I called on Saturday evening and they were on time at 10 am on Sunday. They worked quickly and accurately.
Great service. Brandon called when he was almost to my house and was right on time for our appointment. He explained what was wrong and fixed it promptly. Definitely recommend Veterans garage door repair.
