I would like to acknowledge Jordan the garage door technician who installed my brand new Lift Master MyQ garage door opener several weeks ago. Finally, tonight he was able to resolve the technical troubleshooting error that we've been working on for several weeks after my original installation. Without going into the specifics I just want to acknowledge his professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service. He is definitely a positive individual who represents this company in a positive way.
You need fast, honest, skilled, and dependable service? Look no further on 12/13/24 Veteran Garage sent out Jordan J. Jordan went to work immediately with confidence and got the job done under the time given. Jordan called prior to my appointment time and was able to come earlier. Guess what ? I am out the garage y'all ( was stuck in there) . I was not charged an emergency fee. Parts and Labor reasonably priced.
My garage door was giving me trouble. I contacted the veteran garage door repair. They got there quickly and on schedule. The Repairman looked at the problem and suggested a way to fix it. Once I gave my OK, the Tech started fixing it. After some maintenance, the door was back in top form. The price was very fair and worth it all.
