The experience with our technician was easy and hassle free. He was thorough and gave us a great deal. We called this morning and our garage was fixed same day!! We will continue to support and use Veterans Garage Door!!
Really wonderful service. This is the second time that I have used Veteran Garage Door repair and every time it has Been top notch service. The gentleman that came out today was very respectful knowledgeable and the service was also quick. I would definitely recommend this company and their prices are pretty reasonable.
I will absolutely never use this company again! The amount I paid them to replace my Springs, and I found out they didn't do the job correctly, then wanted to charge me more money to come back and do it right. My garage door will not stay up when you hand raise it. I used them because they were Veteran- based. Bad business practice.
This is our second time using veterans garage door services the service tech Brandon did an excellent job repairing our garage door and offered us advice on how to keep the problem from occurring again. Oscar is the fastest garage door repair man in the Northern Hemisphere, he replaced two cables, retensioned the garage door, and replaced all of the rollers faster than I could let the dog out to go potty! I highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair!
