Called late on a Saturday not expecting anyone to pick up (had a sticker on the back of our garage from previous owner and didn’t look up the hours). A nice lady answered, explained their process, and scheduled us for first thing Monday morning. Brandon came out, looked at my concerns, diagnosed the issues, and gave me price options for the repair. Once finished, he had my test out my garage door to make sure it was to my satisfaction. My garage needed service so I called them up and had an appointment the following day. Kaitlyn the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Brandon the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!!
I will absolutely never use this company again! The amount I paid them to replace my Springs, and I found out they didn't do the job correctly, then wanted to charge me more money to come back and do it right. My garage door will not stay up when you hand raise it. I used them because they were Veteran- based. Bad business practice.
The experience with our technician was easy and hassle free. He was thorough and gave us a great deal. We called this morning and our garage was fixed same day!! We will continue to support and use Veterans Garage Door!!
Really wonderful service. This is the second time that I have used Veteran Garage Door repair and every time it has Been top notch service. The gentleman that came out today was very respectful knowledgeable and the service was also quick. I would definitely recommend this company and their prices are pretty reasonable.
