Update: I’m now giving this place a very solid one star because they have really great on-hold music (no joke—the 20 min on hold before they dropped my call was almost fun). For five weeks I’ve been trying to order heartworm med for my dog. Astoundingly Petco has no access to Vetco records/prescriptions and so they have to call Vetco. And Vetco apparently doesn’t respond to calls or faxes. I didn’t have an appt and they allowed me to get the vaccination for my dog. Very friendly staff.
They take care of the pets well, but even with an appt, there was a long wait to check in
