If I could give zero stars, I would. We have had two Vetco appointments set up. Both at the clinic and total care. Neither was able to take us after. I called Friday to confirm they will have my records and that my dog is fine to go. I arrive to the clinic Sunday and they cannot take my dog due to a previous allergy when on Friday nothing was mentioned. I schedule another appointment with the clinic at 8 am.
