Vetco dispensed flea medication based on my dog’s outdated weight (64 lbs), even though she is a one-year-old Saint Bernard now weighing 98 lbs. I gave her one pill before realizing the mistake. When I asked for the correct medication, staff made the process extremely difficult — delaying, gaslighting, and insisting on weighing her right after spay surgery, which was unnecessary and stressful. Great service from the receptionist to the person who makes the reminder calls! The veterinarians and technicians are thorough and thoughtful, making sure to not rush through my concerns and answer all questions.
