There is no other vet that I have ever had that can compare to Dr. ROOS. SUPERB Staff are so compassionate and kind.
We took our 12 year old cat Elsa in for a check up to make sure she’s in good health for her age. The Vet and assistants were gentle, kind and caring. The care Elsa received was thorough and the services were explained clearly. We received complete estimates for tests and medications needed. There was no pressure put on us for unnecessary services. The Vet contacted me with the results of tests done and options to consider. I thank the staff for a very positive experience and professionalism we received.
We appreciate the vets and their knowledge. They take good care of your fur babies. The only thing you have to be cautious of is the upselling that they slip into your estimate. Things that you don't feel that you need or want which increases the cost of your bill. They are good to take them off when you point them out as something you're not interested in.
