They took us in early, were gentle with my very frightened cat, explained everything thoroughly, they were also patient with me.
Excellent service. Easy to make an appointment. Knowledgeable and understanding doctors, helpful, friendly staff. I like that they have weekend hours, a door directly to the outside of the building rather than having to enter through the store. They were very accommodating with my particularly nervous pooch when she must visit the vet.
Dr. Roos and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. It is obvious that they care very much about their patients and treat them as if they were their own. My dog loves to go to the vet! I bought the Vetco total care premier membership for my puppy and in the first 6 months it has already paid for itself two times over.
