RecommendedChef Alex Perry is continually establishing a new paradigm level about what cuisine means along the US Gulf Coast. He and Kumi (his wife/partner) certainly incorporate fresh Mississippi Gulf seafood and organic produce (much of it from their gardens) but also introduce exotic flavors from around the world. On my last visit, I asked about a particular taste I could not identify and he said he is playing with combinations of a specific Persian spice and Gulf seafood. 😋
