I am always hesitant to use the phrase "The best" for anything. "The best" in my book means head and shoulders above everything else. That said, Vestage is The Best that there is. Their menu is small and varies because they will not compromise on ingredients. The flavors are always layered while maintaining the integrity of the main ingredient. I have ate there twice. Both times impressive. Never a fail. Menu changes with the season. A great surprise everytime. LOVE THE SOUS CHEF TOO.
I had dinner last night at Vestige. The best food I had in Ocean Springs. I enjoyed dinner with friends - The Johnson ' s who introduced me to delicious foods...pleasant atmosphere and wonderful owners~I'll be back for sure....
Best restaurant on the coast!!!! I eat organic and gluten free and this is the only place I feel comfortable eating at. Not to mention everything you order is bound to be delicious, unique and such a good price for the quality of food!!!!
