AC went out 3 times within a month. They came out and did a quick fix on July 8th but that only lasted one day, It's July 15th and it's still not working. I've called them 7 times and all they do is give me the same lame excuses like "They're backed up, but my unit is on the board to be fixed soon and they're sorry" (yes, you're good and sorry!) It's 96 degrees inside the house, and to make matters worse, there's mold in the carpet which poses a really bad health risk. Their maintenance workers are the worst but they're too ... read more
