Once again trying to work with people who short change you or keep trying to over talk you while your just trying to solve a problem is a major problem. Maintenence men that don't bring correct tools or complete the job the first time associates on the phone who constantly argue or try to talk down to you homes that should be mold free but they are not. Oh and they also lie and over charge you for a maintenance call they did not even wanna do these people are the definition of slumlord.

Slum lords. I wish I could show pictures and video and they kicked us out because we’re messy took them six months to fix the sea leak under the house and didn’t repair it properly. I had to run down the street and buy a cable to hold the power pole up while the electrician held the pole in place OMG what a slumlord these people are careful when you rent from them. It’s a month-to-month lease and they can tell you to go at any time. I wish I could show you all the pictures of the stuff that they did.
Trying to rent out a shoebox for $950 when it ain’t even worth $200
