They kicked us out. Both of us are disabled. Have trouble walking. I was having surgery done at the house was too messy, but they let the drug addicts next-door today even though they have a trampoline just off property and a pool just off property multiple pets and their Landlord. They let us sewage leak under the house for about three months. Left the roof leaking for four months when we moved in, they put a new window in, but didn’t seal it up so that was leaking. When you need maintenance work done when renting from Vestco ask that they send one of the top 3 crews requested out to do the work.

Once again trying to work with people who short change you or keep trying to over talk you while your just trying to solve a problem is a major problem. Maintenence men that don't bring correct tools or complete the job the first time associates on the phone who constantly argue or try to talk down to you homes that should be mold free but they are not. Oh and they also lie and over charge you for a maintenance call they did not even wanna do these people are the definition of slumlord.
