DO NOT RENT FROM VESTCO!!! I’ve only been here less than a month and it’s already been a nightmare! The A/C constantly goes out (in this heat, that’s dangerous!), there’s mold and mildew in almost every home, and the toilets barely work. On top of that, I received an illegal eviction notice over my service animal, which is against federal law! Im a veteran who just moved back to sumter and these people are horrible first I'm stuck with a charge on my balance that they won't remove or tell me where it came from. Now they won't come out to replace the tub that is leaking or fix the kitchen sink and now sewage comes up on my lawn in front please run I've been to third world countries that have better upkeep.
