Your representative Ms Douglas has been creating undue friction between us and the ARB resulting in a lot of wasted time and paper work She needs to pay more attention to her communication skills and remember people are affected by casual drive through inspections looking for things to pick on. I am a homeowner in Ocala, Florida, in Marion Ranch, a community managed by Vesta Property Services. Our property manager, Stephanie Judd, has been unresponsive to multiple phone calls and emails. Additionally, no one answers the phone at the front desk. I have experienced ongoing problems with my sprinklers—this is the sixth issue in just 11 months.
