She was always willing to take my call, provide guidance and overall positive attitude when working to resolve a time sensitive issue. Definitely a gold star employee!
My Vesta team handles well all communication, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, lifestyle/amenity support. They are very responsive to the board as well as to Homeowners. Vesta has improved resident satisfaction and board efficiency. So refreshing as compared with our last property management company Jarrod, at our St Augustine office is so pleasant and so responsive to work with. He is prepared for meetings and follow up.
They were fantastic when they first started but within a few years they were no better or worse than their competitors! They underachieve in their inspections, violations and follow up. Their financials require close review to avoid miscodes and overcharges! They often miss changes in legislation and fail to insure the board is in compliance with education requirements.
