As far as an HOA goes, these are the most incompetent petty people I've ever dealt with. The absolute worst.
We scheduled my two year-old‘s birthday party a month in advance in Heritage Landing World Golf, Village, Florida and was canceled the day of because we didn’t live there. On our contract we put our address in Middleburg; we explained this over the phone with on three occasions; once initially, second to let them know we were on the way to bring deposit check, and a third time to bring another check in case of more than 25 guests, they had the chance to verify the address. nowhere on the contract diid it say that we had to l... read more
Usually people write bad reviews for property mgt companies, but I want to endorse Vesta Property Services because they took care of a serious problem I had in a rather expeditious rime frame. Specifically, Rebecca Lohman, the LCAM at Vesta's St Augustine's office, was instrumental in helping me. As such, she and Vesta deserve a special "shout-out" from me for their sincere assistance.
Hate these people. Specially whoever answers the phones she is so insolent. They charge 200 dollars a month for hoa and don't even respond to issues. They drop the issues on someone else and are rude about it too. If I'm paying 200 dollars a month I expect at least some decent customer service but no. Worst people ever. Wish I could choose my hoa company because I would switch them in a heart beat.
Your representative Ms Douglas has been creating undue friction between us and the ARB resulting in a lot of wasted time and paper work She needs to pay more attention to her communication skills and remember people are affected by casual drive through inspections looking for things to pick on. She would be much better if she stopped and spoke to the home owner rather than start a land slide of paper work and phone calls. J Dunbar
