Vesta absolutely is a horrible company. They do not honor the covenant document. They are simply receiving HOA fees and doing nothing. Lennar did the community a horrible disservice by hiring them to manage. The hedges are overgrown, snakes are taking over. Yellow Stone, their lawn maintenance co has no idea how to maintain grass. They appear to have hired the cheapest, worst company they could find. Vesta should put more effort in the beautification of the community than in the parking. Terrible, they don’t resolved problems or return phone calls
I would love to leave zero stars, communication is terrible. You cant get the AR team to call you back. They do not respond to any calls. I have yet to call 1 time an get a response from anyone... Kate will never take a call and is always so busy. Brian is her boss and he has yet to call me back. We need a new staff or a complete new business to take over...
