They don't communcate or fix anything in timely manner and they don't keep their promises!
I live in Silver Creek owned by these people. All of their properties are run down and garbage. I’m also running into issues whenever I make a promise to pay the second half of rent later on in the month. I never missed a payment. Whenever I make a promise to pay, they serve me a 5 day notice to pay or I get an eviction notice. They don’t work with you at all. Rediculous “late fees” too
CAME IN UNPREPARED. LOOKS BAD SMELLS BAD
By far the worst company ever. They recently took over the Silver Creek apartments. They have been nothing but a headache with their hidden fees. Do not rent any apartment from this group unless you want to deal with people who lack communication skills.
