It’s a beautiful building. The gym is nice, the outdoor bbq area is always clean and serene, and the community room is beautiful with a beautiful view of DC and MD. And the sunset views are breathtaking 💕
I have literally never met a more useless, incompetent employee than the young Black woman with the thick accent working at the concierge desk. She lost the keys to an apartment I was supposed to catsit in, and just threw up her hands and said “what do you want me to do?” This is not someone who should be representing the company in any capacity.
