RecommendedTraveling and stayed in Coralville and found Vesta. Wasn’t too sure but WOW!!! I am a bit “Sally” when ordering so in true fashion.. Vulcan shrimp, side of couscous and broccoli with Vulcan sauce. Michelle was amazing.

Nice atmosphere! If you like blue cheese definitely try the Vesta burger. The black bean soup i had was good. I just wished that the watermelon salad would have been in season since that is the original reason i went here. Staff friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back if I am ever. In town again
Fabulous! The variety of food is extensive, the 2 waitstaff took orders from20 people who were very pleased with both the food and drinks. They were very accommodating to food sensitivities.
