Best Experience ever! – Before going to this place I read all these reviews and was very uncertain about if I should go to this place. But instead I took the chance because what the heck its a free consultation, why not? Verve would make it in LA - where price and service outshine NYC – I have been used to geting botox in LA - and have found that NY prices are excessive - i recieved a less painful treatment at verve then previously at the LA centers and DR Bracchi is nice physician and was well worth the price - I go back to LA monthly - but now choose to get treatments at Verve because the results are the same as LA - and at this point the same price -
Diluted product and unprofessional service – I went to Bracci against the advice of folks I knew who'd gone to him. I'd never had BOTOX, and I was unwilling to spend a ton of money for something I had no idea I would like. Still, I was about to go somewhere else, when I found out that some very good friends of mine were also close friends of his. Waste of Money!!!!! – I, too, ignored my better judgment and decided to see Dr. Bracci for a "free" consultation on skin tightening procedures. (On his website I had found an advertisement for discounted injectables and Thermage) Upon arriving to the office, I was told to fill out some forms and then brought into a little room where I was met by one of the women in his office. Dr. Bracci Vervelaser – Dr. Bracci is a liar, simple as that, he advertises a $199 botox treatment per area, the treatment didnt do anything, I later found the reason why is because these cheap prices offered by these doctors are diluted botox, you should pay for the botox per unit not per area, of course Dr. Bracci will not explain this to you, he couldnt care less, he will tell you to go back for a free "touch up" if you need and then when you go back he will tell you that you may belong to the 1% of the population that bo... read more
BEWARE: Robbed By Needle Point. – I needed Sclerotherapy and the rising costs led me to find another doctor. I tried the Verve Laser Center because of the lower rates and because Dr. Bracci advertises among other more prominent doctors. I kick myself now for ignoring my instincts and just walking away. Botox does not last. – I have been getting botox for a number of years. Attracted by the great price offered, I thought I'd try the treatment at Verve. Compared to treatments I've had elsewhere I'd rate the quality as poor. It didn't fully work (even though I went back for a touch up) and started wearing off after 3 weeks (I've had botox last 4-6 months). Perhaps they are not using full strength/correct number of units - hence the low price.
Avoid – It's the first time ever that I take the time to write a review... and this won't be a positive one. I went to Verve to have laser hair removal on my upper lip. Besides the average pain of the procedure (that can make you cry though) I found the staff little helpful, when not unpleasant. I went for about 12 sessions (when a package is 6) and my upper lip is still not clean of hair. At this stage I' prefer to try another Spa rather than go back to Verve. One of the best place for Laser hair Removal and BOTOX!!! – I went to Verve Laser to do my laser hair removal on my legs, under arms and face and I am very pleased wth the results. It took me of exact 6 sessions and the cost of the procedure is very affordable. I am VERY GLAD that I came to this place because with the treatment of the staff members and procedure I am a very happy customer. I just did my botox like 2 weeks ago for only $200!!!! And I love it!!!!!!! And I will always be coming to this Office!!!
