horrible, horrible, horrible – I'm getting laser done and am really disappointed in Dr. Bracci. He doesn't do any of the lasering, all his young office girls do. You see him run in and out really quickly and spends no time on his patients. Only concened about the money. I've been treated really badly here and I've been burned 3 times (one time pretty bad). what was that!!!???? – After waiting an hour and a half, for a simple photofacial, "dr." bracci finally called me in. I've had a photofacial before, but went here b/c the advertised price was cheaper. worst service possibly in the world – Dr. Bracci should be reported somewhere. He is awful. I am scarred from him and paid money toget scarred. I have been to several real dermatologists and this never happened. He is in for the $$$$
what a joke – the con artist/ doctor. wow- i have never seen anything as awful as this. bracci stinks at what he does. how is this guy in business?

worst ever – worst experience ever! got awful results and paid top dollar. Bracci is awful at what he does! He doesn't numb you up properly before a procedure. avoid him like the plague- plus besides bad service with bad results, his office has a long wait
No bedside manners – I have been to Verve for botox over the last few years on 4 different occasions. Dr. B has never been particularly interested in being the sweetest doctor though he is, if anything, efficeint. I mentioned to him that I had a photoshoot coming up in a few weeks and wanted botox for this reason and he kind of smirked and looked above my head at his assistant and sarcastically said "Maybe we could see your portfolio some time". Friendly attractive staff, reasonable prices, free follow up treatments – I think it's so incredibly sad that there are so many negitive reviews on Verve. I've come to this office plenty of times and have always been greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. The girls at the desk and on the phones are always very helpful and curtious to me.
