Our resident manager, Lorena, is hardworking and reliable.
I've only lived here for a month, but I'm planning on staying for as long as I can! My fridge didn't work when I first moved in, but the building manager, and the maintenance person has it swapped out within days. The building is well-maintained, and very secure.
The apartment 's location is convenient when you head to either direction. It is quite new with qualified amenities and it is kept clean in public area with regular maintenace. It is separated only by a wall with the business communities to the East window side. There are warehouses, furniture retailer and renovation companies. Verve and the building manager Luna provide such a wonderful home experience! The building is new, clean, secure, and in a great location. But the best part was having a building manager be so on top of things with fast responses, and a kind heart!
