I can’t say for all agents at Vertical but I do know I would never recommend Jarrett Caldwell to even my worst enemy. Jarrett was all about Jarrett & his money. I had a bad vibe from the get go working with Jarrett Caldwell & Cheryle Caldwell no relations they really bullied me the last week just before closing , with being a 20 yr public transportation employee I have never been treated so horribly my experience with Jarrett was definitely something I wouldn’t have ever thought would happen with buying a home.
