I am going to leave my utmost honest review in hopes it helps someone in need of a good stable job or in need of a place to provide care for their loved one. The office staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or emergency that may arise. They're very well trained and caring when it comes to both employees and patients. Regarding employment there they have great health benefits. I know they offer 401k with employer matching which a lot of places do not. this org is dogwater. if you're the kind of person who likes sitting on butt and collecting a check and everyone leaving you alone, this is it. they took me off the schedule because I refused to do mandatory training unpaid and I refused to neglect my patient on shift to complete training. then they zeroed out my PTO a week before Christmas and refused to write a letter to FSSA so I could go back on assistance. they held an outdoor day on one of the hottest days last year; it was a basketball hoop and a bouncy house in the p... read more
Terrible communication. I waited a month for a return call. I finally called HR and was told because of lack of staff they just didn't return my calls. I don't recommend this agency if you want any communication. Very very unprofessional. They talk a good game but don't follow-up with their promises.
