Heidi did a great job in explaining the options to my wife for the look of the door. Trent did a great job of installing the door and explaining everything from the remotes to how everything would work. It makes the exterior of the house look great and the neighbors like the new look.

Trent did a great job repairing our garage door. He came out to our home and got our door temporarily fixed right away so that we had use of it until the parts come in which I appreciated greatly. He is professional and kind.

I called Trent and he was from Sheridan to buffalo within that hour and fixed my messed up garage door up at the new shop, they didn't waste anytime. they were busy, communicating and customer service was 5 out of 5! These guys know what they are doing and they defiantly know what they are talking about! Just all around wow! Excellent services guys keep up the good work!
Trent did a great for us. I had damaged one of the panels on my door and they patiently waited till all of the replacement parts came in. One they arrived, he was at our house within a day or two and got everything running again in about 2 hours. Plus checked both openers and adjusted as needed so they work properly. Communication and customer service is awesome..thanks!
