Czarina Matias was amazing caring and patient. I had gone there for a consult, which of course is only supposed to be 10 minutes or so, she spent a lot more time with me as I did have a lot of questions. She is very knowledgeable, explains things carefully, and I look forward to using her in the future.
Booked an appointment for a consultation and they decided to cancel on me. If I had cancelled my card would have been charged. Definitely not going on. Completely unprofessional
Very friendly staff! Veronica was very knowledgeable and spent the time going over everything I needed to know about skincare and which procedures would and wouldn’t work. There was full transparency and and honesty which made me feel 100 times better about coming to this clinic vs others I have been to. I will be coming to this clinic only from now on.
Meeting Dr Kolanda, was very delightful. Dr Kolanda listened and answered my questions with details. His knowledge of the facial surgery is paramount. I felt very comfortable with all his suggestions and information he discussed with me. His office was comfortable, and calming. His front staff was very pleasant , upon my arrival.
