RecommendedThese guys are amazing! Doc was able to help me find the car I was looking for. I never felt pressured to get a vehicle just so he could make a sale. Doc listened to what I was looking for a genuinely tried to find the best vehicle for me. I primarily dealt with Doc and Walter, the general manager, and was very impressed through the whole process. I will only be buying my next vehicle through this dealership
I had a wonderful experience at VC! Mickey was extremely helpful and answered any and every question I had. I was treated with a smile and I loved how laid back and not pushy Mickey was while I love at their inventory compared to auto sales men at other dealers. He made me feel like there was no pressure in making a decision and honestly that’s what made me stick with my decision and I couldn’t be happier! I am now the proud owner of a 2015 VW BEETLE 🙌🏾💛
Will not recommend VC for first time buyers.I had bought Toyota Camry 2017 LE from Versatile Collection recently. I saw their deal through Carfax and travelled all the way from Memphis to Atlanta for the deal. Before buying I was told by the salesperson Mickey that the tires put in the car are brand new. Believing this information and trusting all the reviews I saw in website, I went and bought the car without checking the age of the tires. Great experience, great people. Doc was awesome! Manager Walter helped me out greatly beyond what you would expect. These guys are pretty chill and honest. When it comes time to do business again in a few years I’m going to Versatile Collection.
We went to this dealership looking for a Specific Lexus NX 200. I’ll be honest, when you first pull up, it’s a small dealership in a old Sonic building, so we weren’t expecting too much. Amazingly enough they had the exact car we were looking for and DOC was such a pleasure to work with ! I was really tired of pushy sales people blowing up my phone all day. The worst experience I have ever been through the dealers will sell you cars that are no good and don’t work I bought a car two weeks ago in the car stopped running on me the first day I bought it the dealer experience has been horrible horrible customer service and will not let you return the vehicle please don’t shop here this will be the worst decision you’ll ever make seriously
