I lived at Versailles on the Lake for one year, and I would not recommend this community to anyone considering moving here. First, the noise levels are unbearable if you live downstairs. My upstairs neighbors regularly blasted music and television shows until 2 AM, well past the stated quiet hours. Despite calling and emailing the leasing office multiple times, no action was ever taken. The lease promises tenants “quiet enjoyment of the premises,” but that was absolutely not my experience. My car got broken into last night. Not cool
Very rude experience when looking at the property on Saturday. The lady was rushing and was not able to provide me much to go off of. Also the geese dropping are terrible they need to keep up with the outside appearance.
Did a tour, and after reading the reviews, I wanted to confirm couple things: -Duck poop is everywhere. -If you're in single unit, and you have 2 cars, they will not have a 2nd spot for you. They advise you to park .5 miles away, or figure it out. Why would any couple consider moving to a place where you don't have parking. Maybe it's time to convert the ponds to some parking spots for ppl that pay rent. Pass.
