I have been living here for ONE MONTH. My car got broke into by someone over the weekend, I noticed it last night. My car was parked in my car garage spot. The security guard mentioned he had been seen a homeless person wandering around the parking lot and looking through people’s car windows. Believe all the bad reviews about RUDE, CRUEL office management and agents , cockroaches are everywhere it’s inevitable to have them come in no matter how spotless your apartment is(yet they’ll find a way to blame you) Parking you can forget about. Homeless lingers and comes in the property. Your car will get broken into. Deposit? Forget about that too no matter what you do or how long you’ve lived there. The location is hard to beat, and I genuinely enjoy the lake and wildlife atmosphere — it gives the property a unique feel. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience living here has been extremely disappointing. Our unit has had ongoing mold issues that management has repeatedly failed to address, even after multiple maintenance requests. There is also a persistent roach problem, and no matter how clean we keep our apartment, they continue showing up because the building itself clearly isn’t being treated properly. I lived at Versailles on the Lake for one year, and I would not recommend this community to anyone considering moving here. First, the noise levels are unbearable if you live downstairs. My upstairs neighbors regularly blasted music and television shows until 2 AM, well past the stated quiet hours.
