Very rude experience when looking at the property on Saturday. The lady was rushing and was not able to provide me much to go off of. Also the geese dropping are terrible they need to keep up with the outside appearance.
Did a tour, and after reading the reviews, I wanted to confirm couple things: -Duck poop is everywhere. -If you're in single unit, and you have 2 cars, they will not have a 2nd spot for you. They advise you to park .5 miles away, or figure it out. Why would any couple consider moving to a place where you don't have parking. Maybe it's time to convert the ponds to some parking spots for ppl that pay rent. Pass.
The worst place to live ever!!!! This complex is covered with ROACHES. Trust me. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. It’s disgusting. They offer to spray but they don’t go away. And we are extremely clean!!!!! So much is so wrong here. The management is awful. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better!!!!

Car broken into three times during 1 year lease. Leasing staff are mean and rude - not helpful, raise their voice to lecture you, have an attitude. The second floor tenants will suffer from noises and vibration of all AC units they place up there. I can see my ceiling lamp vibrating while the AC are on. Mind you, it's not just your AC unit. They place ALL AC units on the flimsy roof, so if anyone's AC is on, you will hear and feel the vibration. Walls are paper thin, too. You will hear your neighbors.
