A very bad experience. Several hours of waiting despite having an appointment. No respect for the scheduled time, no information about the wait, and no welcome whatsoever. The staff doesn't communicate with the drivers. It's a complete waste of time. I hope this service improves.
I’m in there all the time. I walk with a cane and sometimes have difficulty getting around. Shipping is always accommodating to my needs. A lot of times o just call my numbers in and they give me a door. Evening shipper even brings my paperwork out to me. I like coming here.
Lineage Vaughan is a complete mess. Rude and lazy staff and has no respect for your time. As a trucker I would say there should be a Zero star rating option for this kinda facility.
The lady at the receiving office was very rude. I called to ask about unloading, and she complained to the shipper instead of helping. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the process difficult
