Have not even seen the doctor but my first appointment AFTER 4 Months. Got switched to this medical group and this doctor. No clue how to get referrals to see other specialists to deal with my chronic issues and refill my medication. When calling, u end up with the voice mail box full or u are calling outside the working hours and I know I can call any working hours and get these msgs. They need to hire a new phone tech. I wish I could do 0 starts review but unfortunately I have to do one. I saw the reviews when chose this doctor as primary because she’s in the same building as my eye specialist. Made an appointment since beginning of the year because I needed to be referred again from my new doctor to continue seeing my eye doctor and get refill for my medication. They gave me appointment until June and with my busy life couldn’t find my appointment date since it had been long time ago. They don’t even send you a text or call to remind you ... read more
The staff needs a complete overhaul especially the front end .. Nothing will bring a small or moderate business or organization down to the depths of darn near non existence or worse faster than an incompetent - unprofessional & unmotivated staff ...and this office and it's front end staff are case & point smh however it all starts with LEADERSHIP period !

Best Dr ever! She’s very kind and compassionate. She’s not on a hurry to see us. She listens and answers all our questions. Lovely lady!
