I moved to Austin from Arlington on May 15th, just about 3 weeks ago. Didn’t know anyone, didn’t know a real estate agent etc….my friend in NYC referred me to Veronica at Record Realty. I couldn't recommend Veronica more. She is extremely competent, organized, knowledgeable, well connected and transparent. She made my experience as a first time buyer so smooth and was just all around such a supportive presence to have by my side. She was on it every step of the way and was a superb advocate for me, and was always happy to explain the same thing to me a million times. Veronica is truly amazing at what she does!!

Veronica was amazing throughout my home search as a first-time home buyer! She really took the time to understand my needs and show me a variety of options before narrowing down to the options that would work best for me. She is professional, kind, and fun to be around, which is important when you're touring houses all day together! She immediately impressed us with knowledge of the market, understanding of our requirements, and customer service. Throughout our search, she was extremely responsive and was proactive in her communications.
