Very pleased with practice and services in Boynton Beach.
My first appointment with Dr. Motiram was less than 10 minutes. She prescribed high doeses of 5 different psych medicines without doing any bloodwork to determine dosages nor did she care about how the drugs affected me. When it was told to her, she told me to just stop. Also, had a follow up appointment and when I got to her office, it was closed and the note on the door just said call back.
HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF Isabelle at the front desk and the one filling prescriptions is irresponsible & a horrible person that has no business working with patients with mental health difficulties. There was a miscommunication with my pharmacy and I tried to have her call them again to fill my prescription, I was left without medication for 3 days. She hung up the phone on me twice and was extremely rude simply because she had to call the pharmacy twice.
I have never found a Dr who "Gets it" more than Dr Mortiam! Firstly , Her familiarity with the NY Vibe is essential in separating what most people would deem as a "Hostile" personality, VS Cultural,Passion and DIRECTNESS ! She spent a great deal of time with me in my consult as my case is not simple. I have MS and PSTD. Dr. Motiram is highly intelligent and unlike my passed Drs knows that I can't take certain meds due to a possible clash with my MS drug. She is NOT a PILL PUSHER! VERY HAPPY
Dr. Motiram only cares about your money. I went in for testing and the receptionist rudely told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover it even after I called them. The insurance rep offered to talk to her but she refused and told me I had to pay upfront. Cash. All this just for Dr. Motiram to spend 60 seconds with you but bill insurance for 15 minutes. Sad. If she really cared about anything else, she’d spend more time with patients, not squeeze them all in.
After 1.5 hrs in uncomfortable waiting room, Dr spoke with me for less than 5 mins. To be tested for ADHD, I had to pay for an EKG on site ($80 cash suspicious) b/c they "rent" the machine. I received confirmation of the diagnosis, an Rx, and a goodbye. Follow-up appt was a joke! Office staff was rude & didn't bother to tell the 10 ppl waiting that they were running behind, & cut me off when I asked how long until I'd be seen. Still waiting on bill for my EKG to be mailed....
Dr Motiram is compassionate and a good listener. She has helped me so much. The office staff is courteous and friendly.
Do not see this dr see saw me for 5 minutes and said that she cannot treat me. I have add with major depression. I waited an hour in a very cramt office. Do not waste your time or money
Excellent Doctor.. Linda the office assistant is very helpful and knowledgeable... Assisted me as soon as I walked into the office..... She helped me with any questions I had.....
